TNCCollective LLC ("TNCCollective", "we", "us") runs the online store at www.tnccollective.com. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it simple and we do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), shipping and billing address, and what you ordered.
Account details: your email and login details if you create an account or sign in with a connected service such as Amazon Pay.
Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or social media.
Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
Site activity: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To take, make, ship and support your order, including returns and refunds.
To answer your questions.
To send order updates, and marketing emails only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, with the services that help us run the store:

Our website and store platform, Wix.
Payment providers, such as Wix Payments, Stripe and Amazon Pay.
Print and fulfillment partners, such as Printify and its print providers, who need your name and shipping address to make and send your order.
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
Email and marketing tools, to send the emails you asked for.
Analytics and advertising tools on our social channels, such as Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, which may use cookies or pixels to measure visits.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

If you sign in or pay with Amazon Pay, Amazon shares the details you approve on its consent screen (such as your name, email and addresses). We use them only to complete your order and support you.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure site use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the store may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for support, taxes and legal obligations. Newsletter details stay until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information earlier, except where we must keep it by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails. If you live in the EU, UK or a US state with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain uses or receiving a copy of your data. To use any of these rights, email tnc@tnccollective.com. We reply within 30 days.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use the security tools of our platform and payment providers to protect your information. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

We may update this page. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
